  • Placing your listing in our local multiple listing services makes your listing available to all the local Realtors in the Austin area.
  • I use professional photographers to photograph your home and I also utilize virtual tours since a majority of buyers look at homes on the internet and they enjoy seeing the inside of the home.
  • Of course, I will place a “For Sale” sign in your yard and, for tech savvy buyers, there will be a sign rider where they can text for information.
  • Flyers with photos of your home placed inside the home.

Virtual tours and slide presentations are all part of my visual strategy. If you can visit the home via your computer, you are apt to get a better feel of the home. Seeing is believing.

Text Messaging for Real Estate

My listings are available to potential buyers via text messaging. By texting a code displayed on my signs, information on the property (including photos) and links to our websites are immediately texted back to the user. It is instant gratification via their smart phones, no more waiting for flyer boxes to be filled anymore and it is totally green.
