Why I like The Ranch at Cypress Creek
There are many reasons for considering this great family neighborhood. The location is awesome but the jewel of this neighborhood is the Milburn Park. This park covers approximately 40 acres. It has a pool, a playground, jogging trail and lots of room for all kinds of sports. During soccer season, this is one of the busiest places in Cedar Park on Saturday morning and on into the afternoon at times. It is a fabulous place to walk or run your dog(s). Cedar Park celebrates the 4th of July at Milburn Park and the fireworks are awesome!

Shopping is certainly not a problem. Cypress Creek Road has several strip centers on both sides of The Ranch at Cypress Creek. Most family needs will be met in this area. There are dentists, orthodontists, hair salons, Veterinary Clinic. fast food, grocery store, barber shop, etc. If major shopping is required, it is about 6 minutes to Lakeline Mall. 'Convenient' is the best way to describe The Ranch at Cypress Creek.
For families with school age children, this neighborhood is a "must see".
