Summerlyn Homes For Sale

Summerlyn real estate has two sections in this neighborhood with two separate entrances. The first section at the first entrance from Leander has Pulte Homes. These are very pretty homes and the amenity center is located in this section. At the second entrance, the homes are built by Lennar Homes. Lennar has succeeded with their home designs in the Austin area. They are quite popular with local home buyers.

Summerlyn Shopping and Schools

In Leander, there is a strip center at the very north end of Leander and it has a huge HEB Plus for grocery shopping and other retail departments. Lakeline Mall is south of Summerly and is approximately a 20 minute drive. The toll road 183-A will make it faster. Summerlyn is in the Leander ISD.

Summerlyn Transportation

To Austin from Summerlyn, there are three ways to travel. Hwy. 183 goes directly to Austin. The toll road 183-A will really reduce time on the road to Austin. Then there is the metro rail which will be opening in May 2009, barring any glitches and will go to the convention center in downtown Austin with stops along the way.
