Lakeline Ranch, Leander Texas

Lakeline Ranch real estate is located on both sides of Osage between Bagdad Road and Lakeline Blvd in Leander. Osage is the only thru street in this neighborhood. There are quite a few cul-de-sac streets. Lakeline Ranch is a nice sized neighborhood, not too large and not too small, making it easier to know the residents. There is a very nice amenity center with pool, sport court and pavilion with table and benches.

There are two builders in this neighborhood, Ryland Homes and Bowen Homes. You will be amazed at the energy efficient features the Ryland Homes have in Lakeline Ranch. Both Bowen and Ryland homes are upscale in design with beautiful exterior elevations. Parts of this neighborhood are fairly wooded and the cul-de-sac lots provide for more yard space. For the price and type of home in this neighborhood, you cannot do much better.

Lakeline Ranch Gated Condo Section

There is a gated condo section and they are priced very well. Each condo has a garage. The payments on these condos in 2009 are equal to or less than renting for the same square footage.

Lakeline Ranch Schools and Shopping

There are elementary, middle and a high school very close to this neighborhood. They are in the Leander ISD.

This location provides a strip center anchored by Lowes and Kohls within 5 minutes from the neighborhood. Lakeline Mall is approximately a 20 minute drive. There are many small strip centers nearby which provide all types of services and retail. HEB Plus is a few minutes from the neighborhood.

Metro Rail and Bus Service near Lakeline Ranch

Don’t forget about the metro rail in Leander. It will take you downtown Austin. There is also a Park and Ride adjacent to the boarding station where you can leave your car and take a bus. To learn all about this area, contact me.
