The homes in this neighborhood are just beautiful and very sophisticated in design.  At the upper end of the price range here, there are very large homes with gorgeous hill country views.  These homes are designed with all the current upgrades that everyone is looking for.  The neighborhood has home sites with views on the west-northwest side of the community and there are different elevations on the streets.  Some of these homes and home sites are absolutely beautiful.  In 2009, prices begin in the upper $200′s and the homes with view lots are much more expensive.  This community is a “must see”.

This community has one of the two amenity centers in the Crystal Falls communities.  It has a gorgeous lake with a fountain that shoots the water straight up.  This amenity center is huge and has a fabulous pool and play area.  It will get any young person excited.

Again, the Leander ISD serves this community.  Winkley Middle School is adjacent to the neighborhood and Whitestone Elementary is nearby on Crystal Falls Parkway.  Leander High School is a bus ride away.

The Highlands at Crystal Falls Shopping and Entertainment

The Cedar Park Event center which is under construction here in 2009 is another bonus.  It will be home to hockey games and is large enough for other types of venues, concerts, etc. There is no shortage of shopping for retail and services.  Lakeline Mall is 15-20 minutes away and there are great shopping centers from 5-15 minutes from the community including big box stores, an HEB Plus and all the retail and services that families expect to have.

Another great feature of this area, metro rail which travels to downtown Austin.  Yippee!
