If you are buying your first home, moving up, or thinking about your retirement home, my education and experience will be of great benefit to you. When buying a home, we are choosing our lifestyle and that makes it so much fun. I have been a Realtor since 1989 and a Broker since 1992 and this amount of experience will help you tremendously. Sell Your Home and Buy a New One
If you are moving up, I have a move-up plan for you that will give you more money in your pocket to buy your new home. My discount plan will also apply if you are moving down. Working with move-up or move-down buyers is not a lot different from first time buyers because everything in real estate changes constantly. I will bring you up to date on changes since you bought your last home. Of course, I will notify you in advance of anything that you will need to do. Also, I am always available for questions or discussion of any type regarding your new home purchase.
With you, like with first time buyers, I promise to always tell you the truth and this will allow you to make informed decisions. And, I will always be happy to share my professional opinions when you want them, as well as providing factual data that has brought me to that opinion. Honesty and integrity have been the keys to my success and the reason that my business is referral based. First Time Buyers
If you are buying your first home, we need to talk. I’ll never forget the excitement as well as the unanswered questions that I had when I bought my first home. I have found that when first time Buyers come to me, they have all kinds of ideas about buying their first home. My job is to listen to your ideas and determine what is most important to you and your family. Together, we will make a “needs” and “want” list.
My job from that moment forward will be to make sure that you have all the options that meet your criteria. My promise to you is that you will always know in advance what will be happening next and I will be there with you through the closing of your transaction. Sometimes first time Buyers feel that their questions are not important and do not ask. My stock answer to this is, “If you have a question, ask because it is a good question if you do not know the answer”. Making informed decisions throughout the transaction, makes buying your first home more fun and relieves the anxieties. Another plus that you will experience with me is that I will always tell you the truth about every area, every home, every school, etc. My answers will be based on factual data that I’ll be happy to share with you. Seniors Have Their Own Needs
I also love working with seniors. Buying your retirement home will be one of the most important decisions you will make for later life situations. I realize the importance of location, price, taxes, etc. that every senior must be concerned about. In my opinion, seniors have lived long enough to know what they do not want and this is a very important first step to finding their new home. Working with seniors is also a lot of fun to me. I love to share in this process and help each senior find the home that will provide the lifestyle they are searching for.
