Why I love Cypress Canyon Vistas
The western section of Cedar Park is just gorgeous. There are canyon views that are breathtaking and the area is very wooded. It offers a "breath of fresh air" feeling. Residents of this part of Cedar Park all seem to share my opinion of this addition to Cedar Park. It is a very desireable neighborhood.

The schools for this neighborhood are just an added bonus. In the Leander ISD, Deer Creek Elementary is a highly rated school and is in Deer Creek Ranch, adjacent to this neighborhood. Within ten minutes of Cypress Canyon Vistas, the Cedar Park Middle School and Cedar Park High School are very convenient.
Shopping in Cedar Park
Lakeline Mall is about ten minutes from Cypress Canyon Vistas. The mall is just one facet of this shopping area. There are strip centers all around the mall and several restaurants. Since the mall is located across the street from Northwest Austin, one can take advantage of all the shopping in that area as well.
