Yes, there is a very pretty amenity center with pool and park. It is a wooded area and very pleasant to sit and watch your children enjoy the activity there. The center is located on the East side of Lakeline Blvd. There are sidewalks along Lakeline Blvd. and pagodas are conveniently located if one wants to just sit and relax. Lakeline Blvd. has beautiful trees in the median and along the sidewalks. Driving through this area is very peaceful and serene, one of the prettiest streets in Cedar Park.

Lakeline Mall is approximately a 5 minute drive, making this neighborhood one of the most convenient in Cedar Park. There are strip centers on Cypress Creek Road which is a minute or two away. There is a grocery store there and all the services that families need, including a veterinary clinic.
