Forest Oaks has beautiful topography with the rolling hills and wooded home sites. This neighborhood just continues to grow. There have been, and still are, many different builders in this large neighborhood. The majority of the homes here are large, not truly a lower priced entry level neighborhood. However, the homes are very reasonably priced beginning in the high $100′s. It is hard to find a better home for the price than in Forest Oaks. As prices move upward, there are homes with beautiful interior amenities. There are also some upscale homes that are priced much higher in other areas. Forest Oaks is an interesting collection of homes that one should see during a tour of homes. There is probably something there for everyone.
