This neighborhood is surrounded by nature with greenbelts on one side of the community and the Travis Audubon Society on the other side. It is just amazing to drive from the City of Austin, though beautiful, to suddenly find yourself in this gorgeous burst of nature all around. One cannot deny the immediate feeling of serenity.

Cypress Canyon Reserve is a smaller neighborhood with one major street, Canyon Springs Drive, and there are short cul-de-sac streets off of this street. The greenbelt and the Audubon Society tracts provide lots of privacy for the cul-de-sac lots. If you want to be surrounded by nature, this neighborhood is a “must see”.

The schools are great. Deer Creek Elementary is in the adjacent neighborhood of Deer Creek Ranch and it is a very wooded area. Cedar Park Middle School and Cedar Park High School are just a few minutes away. Deer Creek Elementary has a very high rating in Texas and the Middle School and High School are among the best. All of this convenience is nice but does not interfere with the relaxing and peaceful way of life with nature in this neighborhood.
